Celebrate with a thoughtfully structured, stress-free party experience designed for fun, comfort, and smooth transitions.

What’s Included:

  • 90-minute private celebration (60 minutes of play + 30 minutes for food and cake)

  • Exclusive access to the Main Sandbox and Play Village for the first 60 minutes of your celebration

  • Private party room featuring a small sandbox exclusively for your group (ideal for younger children or older siblings who prefer a quieter play space)

  • Dedicated party host for setup, coordination, and clean-up

  • Happy Birthday sign

  • Admission for up to 12 children (additional children: $25 per child)

  • Pizza or bagels for the children (9:00–11:00 AM parties include one Rainbow Bagel per child)

  • Service Fee

    • A 10% service fee is applied to all parties to support staff and operations. This is not a gratuity; additional tipping is optional.

    Timing & Overtime

    • Play Area Access: To allow time for food and cake, access to the Main Sandbox and Play Village ends 30 minutes before your party concludes.

    • Prompt Departure: Parties must end at the scheduled time. A $100 fee will be charged for every 15 minutes of overtime (beginning 15 minutes after the scheduled end time).

    Prohibited Items

    To ensure safety and cleanliness, the following are not permitted:

    • Alcohol or glass containers.

    • Open flames, sternos, sparklers, or smoke machines.

    • Confetti, glitter, or loose decorations.

    • Balloon arches/garlands (unless booked through The Little Sandbox).

    • Slime, face paint, or messy sensory materials.

    • Pets (service animals permitted).

    Outside Food & Beverages

    • Prior Approval: Outside food is generally not permitted. Requests must be submitted 48 hours in advance for written approval.

    • Fee: Approved outside food incurs a $50 service fee to cover deep cleaning and allergy sanitation.

Party Service Fee

A 10% service fee is applied to all party-based packages. This supports our event staff and operations.

Important Timing Note

Main Sandbox and Play Village access ends 30 minutes before the party concludes to allow time for food and cake in the party room.

Party FAQs

    • First 60 minutes: Exclusive play in the Main Sandbox & Play Village

    • Final 30 minutes: Food, cake, and celebration in your private party room

    Please Note: The Main Sandbox and Play Village will be closed to your guests during the final 30 minutes of your party to allow for a smooth transition into other celebrations.

  • Yes. All parties include a private party room and exclusive access to the Main Sandbox & Play Village during the first 60 minutes.

  • Each party includes up to 12 children. Additional children are $25 per child, up to 20 children per party room.

    Both party rooms may be combined into one larger space, allowing for a maximum of 40 children total.

  • Final headcount is due the Tuesday before your party. Your final invoice will be based on this number. If attendance decreases after that date, charges remain unchanged. Any last-minute additional guests will be added to the final invoice the day of the party.

  • Yes, with advance notice at the time of booking. A $100 fee applies for each additional birthday child (does not apply to siblings).
    For example, a party celebrating three friends would incur an additional $200.

  • You may arrive no earlier than 15-20 minutes before your scheduled start time (based on the party package you selected). Arrivals earlier than this may incur a $50 charge for every 15 minutes early.

  • Cake or cupcakes, if you choose. We take care of the rest — including setup, hosting, and clean-up.

  • Yes, simple tabletop decorations are welcome. Due to the limited setup time allocated for parties, we encourage you to drop off decorations during the week of your party so our team can assist with setup. Confetti, tape, and balloon installations are not permitted.

  • Outside food is permitted at an add’l $40 per party.

  • The Little Sandbox is a shoe-free facility. Socks or slippers are allowed in common areas, but sandboxes are bare feet only, unless prior approval is given for health or accommodation needs.

    Please arrive on time. All guests must complete a waiver before entry, and children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • A 10% service fee (based on the base package price) applies to all parties. This fee helps support staffing, advance preparation, setup, clean-up, and the behind-the-scenes work required to deliver a smooth, high-quality party experience.
