Getting started is simple. Open play sessions and birthday parties can be booked through our website. Walk-ins and same-day bookings are welcome if space allows but reservations are highly encouraged due to limited capacity. Please check our online calendar or contact us for availability.

Two adults are included with each child admission at no additional cost. Additional adults are welcome for a $5 fee per person. We kindly ask families to be mindful that every extra adult takes up capacity and may limit space for another child or family.

Our sandbox is entirely shoe and sock-free. Children enter the sand barefoot. If your child requires footwear for medical reasons, please contact us in advance so we can accommodate. Failure to contact us in advance may result in delayed or non-entry.

To keep our space safe and easy to navigate, we are a stroller-free facility.

We ask that families do not bring outside toys. Our sandbox and villages are fully stocked with safe, clean and age-appropriate toys designed for sensory and imaginative play.

Yes. Toys and high-touch surfaces are sanitized regularly throughout the day and overnight using non-toxic, child-safe cleaning products and strategies.

Maintaining exceptionally clean sand is one of our highest priorities. We follow a strict, multi-step process:

1. No food or drinks are allowed in or near the sandbox.
   

2. Daily sand aeration keeps the sand fresh, fluffy, and well-circulated.
   

3. Non-toxic sanitizing solution specially formulated for sand is applied regularly to reduce bacteria.
   

4. Overnight UV sanitization: Hospital-grade UV units disinfect play areas and party rooms after hours, neutralizing bacteria, fungi, and viruses at a microbial level.
   

Multiple dedicated UV air filtration keeps clean air circulating through the space at all times.

Guests may arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their party for setup/entry. Arrival before this time will result in delayed entry.

To ensure a smooth experience for all families and to avoid delays for scheduled parties, ending on time is very important to us. For the enjoyment of all guests, overtime fees of $100 for every 15 minutes beyond the scheduled end time will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
